"Good selection, but a little more variety would help"
I had a easy time looking through the options, and there was a lot to choose from. Based on my experience, I was able to find most of what I needed without much hassle. I do think adding just a few more choices would make it even better, especially for those times when you’re looking for something a bit more specific.

"Checkout was okaaaay"
Checkout did work in the end, but it felt a little sloooow, and I got kind of confused when I got to the payment part. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I expected.

My order showed up missing one item, which was kind of annoying. I reached out to support and, to be fair, they did fix it and refunded me. It just took a few back-and-forth emails before everything was sorted. So... not a bad experience overall, just a little slower than I would've liked.

They keep talking about promos and discounts like you’re definitely going to save money, but half the time it’s not even clear what actually applies. Sometimes the deals work, sometimes they don’t, and it’s kind of annoying when the promises are so vague.

"Payment went through easily"
I paid for my order on YoYo and it went smoother than I expected. The card payment page loaded fast, and I got the confirmation email almost right away, which was nice.
I was a little confused at first because I kept waiting for some extra step or verification to pop up, but nothing happened. It just checked out normally with no errors or hassle, so no complaints from me

"Return process was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I eventually got my refund, but the whole return process was a hassle. It took way longer than expected, and I had to contact support twice just to keep things moving. Each time felt like I was getting bounced back into the same support loop instead of getting a clear update. It worked out in the end, but it was definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"The tracking on my order barely..."
The tracking on my order barely updated, so for a few days I had no clue where my package was. I tried checking for answers, but everything I got seemed inconsistent, which just made it more frustrating. Really annoying experience overall.

"I use YoYo mainly because the rewards..."
I use YoYo mainly because the rewards are alright. Every so often you get some points or a small perk, and I mean, that’s better than getting nothing at all. When it actually feels like it adds up, it’s kind of nice.

That said, it does take a long time before you get anything that feels worth it, and some of the rewards are a bit limited. It’s not bad, just not something I get super excited about. I’ll probably keep using it, but if the program was clearer and gave a bit more value, then maybe...

I had to exchange a toy for a different one, and the process was easy. Support got back to me quickly, and the replacement showed up within a few days, so I can’t really complain there. That said, it was still an extra hassle on my end, so I’d hope they’d offer a small credit or something for the inconvenience

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered from yoyo.com and everything showed up just right. It was maybe a handful of items, and nothing was missing or the wrong size, which was a relief. I’ve had orders from other sites get messed up like 2 or 3 times before, so it was nice to open the box and have everything match what I bought. Super simple, no hassle, and I’d order again...

"Kept me updated"
I had a good experience with yoyo.com. The best part was the communication. They kept sending updates along the way, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my order. The emails were easy to understand and showed up when they needed to. Everything went smoothly and my stuff arrived fine. I'd order from them again.

"Actually had what I needed"
Found what I was looking for on yoyo.com and it was actually in stock. Nice. Checkout was simple enough, and I didn’t have to bounce around checking a bunch of other sites. Relief. Happy overall, 5 stars from me.

"Packaging was solid, honestly no complaints"
I ordered from yoyo.com and yeah, the packaging was good. The box did show up with a little dent on one side, which made me pause for a second, but everything inside was totally fine and packed safely. Nothing fancy or over the top, just... it did what it was supposed to do. I’d order from them again.

"Shipping took a bit longer than I expected"
The shipping was just okay overall. It did arrive later than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating because I had been keeping an eye out for it and hoping it would show up sooner. That said, it wasn’t so late that it completely ruined anything or made it a huge problem. The package did eventually get here, and everything was fine once it arrived, so I can’t complain too much. I’d just say the delivery timing could have been better.

"Customer service was basically no help"
I had a problem with my order and tried reaching out to yoyo.com customer service. It took way too long to hear back, and when they finally did reply, it felt like they hadnt even read my message.
I kept getting the same basic copy-paste type answers and no actual help. I had to explain the issue more than once, which got really annoying. Frustrating experiance overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.
